I'll Find Me When I Get There

They say the grass is greener -
on the other side
So I jumped over the fence
so I could take the ride-
and stumbled over the hill
Only to see
I'll find me when I get there
where ever that may be -
Well I'll be proud of my here and now
as I wonder through the tree's
And in my journey
I have found -
The Lord is who I please

On a wintery day my daughter was born,
We shouted hooya and blowed a horn.
We ran to the river and caught us a fish,
We then decided to name the child Trish.

As Trish grew older with a child of her own,
Her face grew older her confidence torn,
But that is because she married a man,
With ice in his eyes and steel in his hands.

But now that she's grown and understands life,
She's through with the anger and all the strife,
Trish found a man who is kinder you see,
And happy ever after they both hope to be.

I can still remember when my daughter was born,
As she scrunched up her faced and looked so forelorn,
But now she's a beauty and has all she could need,
She goes around singing and doing good deeds.

Why does it have to end like this
Why don't you seal my misery with a kiss

Make it all better
Make it go away

Help me run away
From the horrors of this day

Why don't you stay
Instead of running away

Why don't you just seal it
With a kiss

And with me run away
From the horrors of the day

there were those who must have thought us mad
spending all that time and money we never had
well, some trust in chariots and some in marble banks
some of us just love each other and never ask for thanks

there where those who must have thought us daft
from the way we cried together and the way we laughed
well, some trust in chariots and some in big machines
some of you save diamonds, baby, some of us save dreams

some trust in chariots with big yellow wheels
well iv had a ride in a chriot and oh how empty it feels

there were those who must have thought us fools
loving like a house on fire and breaking all the rules
well, some trust in chariots, in chariots they ride
we ride the wings of love together, side by side

There was a girl I use to know
When she was there, there was a glow
I do not know where she spreads the glee
But now we know her names Cindy

Those who write on sh## house walls
Roll their sh## into little balls
those who read these words of wit
eat those little balls of sh##.
I'm a poet and don't know it
but my feet show it
they're Longfellows.

Here I sit broken hearted
came to sh##,but only farted.
Robert Frost.
