I am so confused anymore. I find it easier not to trust at all. Sad but true.

More often than when I am NOT confused!!
J/K- With people, I tend to hold back on certain matters, just cause I don't trust those matters to just anyone. Other things I will just throw out there, because, hey-you can't not trust everyone!

Very rarely.
People are like musical notes. You can sense a person that is in tune and on key pretty quickly. Joy resonates and tends to come from within. It's pretty easy to identify really good and decent people if you look closely.
Trust is really something much different to me. Trust is something earned over time through actions and easily lost when it's broken in some way.

Yes all the time. Seems like you think you can trust someone and later you find out you are wrong. It's a battle at times. I fear getting to the point that I will never been able to trust again...
Confusion...I stay confused.

I tend to have a couple really close friendships with people I explicitly trust. It develops over time. So I am rarely confused as to who to trust.
