THERE ARE LOT'S IN NTH . IRELAND , BECAUSE THEY ARE LOOKED AFTER AND USED AND NOT ABUSED

They shut them all around my way when I was growing up.

It's a shame really because we had no where to go but people thought we were trouble makers when we were on the streets and we got moved on if we went to the park.

Definitely, but they regionalised them all.

They're now called Young Offender's Institutes.

So much for services to youth and young people, who now have to use drugs and have sex at the age of 13 because they're bored.

I believe there are Boys and Girls clubs and the YMCA, I know around here the teens can go to them and play pool, shoot hoops, and do all kinds of different things.
