I'm in Hampshire and i have called them in the last few days as i have haven't had BBC1 itv c4 etc i have been told since December that is is a local fault and that is should be correct by the 31st of Jan. i was told i would be compensated for the the service as i haven't really actually received what i have been paying for.....but we all know ntl so we wont hold our breath
give them a call and if u can get through thay should be able to tell u whats wrong

Think there is some kind of issue with it. It is saying something like "No signal. Check connection" on some channels.

Yeah, Glasgow broken since 4pm and I'm getting the blame for it!!

mine isn't working either it stopped working about 4hours ago aswell and im in glasgow they say its a technical fault as usual.

i phoned them today to check some thing for my mam and at the beginning of the call they announced certain areas where they were having problems and that their teams were doing what they could to fix them, sorry thats all i know
