Go to the top of your toolbar in the window and click on view. Scroll down to text size and choose whichever size suits you best.

right-click on your desktop and go to properties. click on the settings tab. make it smaller and there you go.

right click on your desktop -------> properties-------- appearance tap --------> then change the font size to normal , then from the tap setting in the same window -------> change the dpi to normal
