When I was younger I had an alarm clock that did not have a snooze button and that helped. I find putting alarm clock on the other side of the room helps. That way you have to wake up completely before turning it to snooze.

I found that when I moved my alarm clock across the room (and out of arms reach) it forced me to get out of bed to do anything with it. That got me up and moving. Also, I set my alarm for about 10 minutes earlier. This allows me just a few minutes of snooze time but gets me up on time.

the snooze button, my favorite. I was given the suggestion (haven't taken it yet) to move the clock away from the bed. If you don't want the alarm to keep going off, you have to get out of bed, and if you're already up you might as well start your day.

If your alarm is set for the beeping and you still hit snooze, try setting it to the radio, and put the volume really loud, when it goes off, it should alarm you, and you probably won't be able to fall back asleep

Put the alarm clock out of reach so you have to get out of bed to actually turn it off. Just make sure you can hear it when it goes off. Having to get off the bed to turn off the alarm, should help you stay up.

I'd suggest using the alarm clock on a cellphone becuase they dont have snooze.
or if you have an ipod they have these new alarm clocks where you wake up to music on your ipod, I find it a lot more pleasent/easy to wake up to.

Take the alarm clock and put it across the room. When it goes off, you will have to get up to turn it off.
Do that enough, and you will find that you will just stay up since your up already.

Go to bed earlier, and move the clock further away so you have to get up to hit it
