What is the effectivness of birth control if you miss one day and then double up on doses the next day??

It's still pretty effective if you only miss one day, but I wouldn't have sex for a while just to be sure.

If you miss only 1 day and double up the next, you should be completly safe....However, the more you miss in a row, the more careful you should be....if you miss 3 or more, I would use some other form of birth control for 7 days..

no just either use a condom or wait until you have taken the pill consecutively for 7 days after your period doubling up doen't help you need to keep the same level of the pill in your system to be effective

Look in the instruction guide...it gives you the percentage of effectiveness if taken perfectly, if you miss a day and if you miss more than 1 day.

never double up. just skip the missed pill. doubling the pills will mess up your cycle.missing one pill wont harm you
