If you want to use a general template - only customize what the text says - http://www.vistaprint.com/ is the best. You can use their images and your text. However you will need to pay extra if you want them to create a logo for you to customize it even more.
If you have PhotoShop or another design program, you can create your own card and upload it for printing from Vista Print. We are a dealer for Vista Print, we can usually beat their prices when you do a custom design. Check out our website at http://www.dubois-sbms.com/ for more info.
If you want to design and print your own stuff at home i.e on your own printer, you can purchase Avery Business Cards #38871 they are the best quality. You can get glossy and matte.
