To bensbabe: I thought of that constuction, but I wanted to connect foment (transitive verb) and ribaldry (noun) more elegantly than by not using it.

I know I don't, but I know tons who do!!!

(oh, and shouldn't the question read "Do you ever foment ribaldry on Yahoo Answers"?)

Not usually. I try to answer questions as seriously as possible and my questions that I ask are also things that I'm truly curious about.

Occasionally though, I laugh at other people's ribaldry.

:)

Have fun with your new dictionary!
