I like something with a fast beat to keep me moving. Dance, techno, etc.

Make you own CD . Excuse me but you know better than any one Else what music makes you want to shake you booty.
I personally listen to alot of music and have made myself two cds. One for when I'm in a good mood . It has some Outkast songs like their new song"Morris day" and Hey Ya some Dr Dre from Chronic. some older music like AC DC , Billy Squire. You know play something that makes you want to tap your foot and shake your ***. My other Cd is what my husband calls angry music. Maybe so but it gets me moving when I need motivated. It has God Smack, Disturbed, Puddle of mud heavier music. It helps me. Good Luck with the working out!!

Believe it or not, try tahitian hula drumming. "Drums of Bora Bora" can be found at your local Barnes and Nobel. The beats are so frigging fast and exotic, it will leave you wondering how the hula girls spin their hips so fast!

I like putting some Isreal Kamakawiwo'ole in my MP4 player to warm up and cool down to. It creates a zen of Hawai'i for me and makes me forget I'm working out. May I suggest "Facing Future"

Generally, I feel that any fast songs from the 80's would be good. That's what I use or did use (smile) and especially "Candy" by Cameo. You can do aerobics and calisthenics to it. Sit-ups and stuff.

If you join Curves, they play dance mixes of songs to exercise to, and it really does make you work out better.
