I just cannot listen to this song without crying, literally balling my eyes out! - is it just me?

Having lost my father (who was an amazing person) 5 years back, I know where he is coming from.
Great song from a great singer. I was sad when he died also.

I'm exactly the same, especially near the end when he sings:
"I know I'm praying for much too much,
But can you bring back the only man she loved...." etc. etc.
My eyes are filling up just typing it!
I loved that man; cried so much when he passed away.

No it's not just you. I can't listen either, I even have to turn the car radio off when it comes on.

i'm with you on this one.......my father passed away nearly 5 years ago and the song also has me in floods of tears. It was just on magic and i was sobbing then.....xxxxxxx
