AVG AntiVirus, AntiVir, and Avast are 3 free antivirus programs that I have had luck with. Also, use AdAware and Spybot Search and Detroy to clean up unwanted Adware and spyware left over from the trojans.

You can get a free 90 day trial of Windows Live One Care on Microsoft.com. If you do not want Windows Live, then be warned that not all free virus scans protect your computer or remove viruses. I would recomend getting that free windows live trial.
