diablo 2 help?

where in the 2nd act can i find the hurogic cube, and can you tell me how to get it?

The horadric cube is located inside a chest, (sparkly or glowing aura) on the third level of the Halls of the Dead. There will be quite a few monsters in the room too, lol, with at least one boss.

There is a waypoint on the second level of the Halls of the Dead, don't forget to pick it up, hehe.

The Halls of the Dead, is located in the Dry Hills, which is the area after the Rocky Hills. (Rocky Hills is the area right outside of town).
