Yes, in Northern Arizona, Flagstaff and the Grand Canyon, it does snow.

Flagstaff has an annual average of 300 inches of snow. That's three hundred. If you want to get away from snow, cross Flagstaff off your list immediately.

my brother went to U of AZ in flagstaff. when i went to visit him, i flew into phoenix and drove north from there. basically that drive is a couple hundred miles north and straight up (it seems). Flagstaff is in the high part of the rockies, and yep it snows enough for them to have profitible ski resorts.

Yes.

It snows in the higher elevations frequently. And it even snowed in Pheonix a few days ago.

Deserts are very cold at night, so if there is any moisture in the air, you can definitly get snow! But that makes it fun!! :-)
