There are some countries out there that should not be allowed to have WMD because we all know they'll use it for evil purposes, such as Iran and North Korea.

It seems the stable countries really don't want them and the unstable countries do. Maybe no one should have them.

No one should, but since the genie is out of the bottle, let's try to keep it to who currently has them and not let it expand. The countries that have them now don't seem to want to set them off. The countries we worry about getting them, like Iran and N. Korea, seem intent on doing just that.
