My boss wants to put a notice board on the wall of the storage freezer where I work. The Freezer maintains temperatures of -20 degrees to keep food frozen. Because of this temperature, conventional sticky stuff just dries up and the item drops off: blu-tak, velcro backing sticky, sellotape etc. We can't pierce the wall because the freezer would not work. All ideas welcome.

You need an industrial glue that will work in freezing temps. I would put up a cork board so that you can tack the messages up and change them easily.

If the freezer has a metal wall, you could also consider Neodymium or rare earth magnets.

Most of those industrial freezers have metal doors/sides. How about getting some magnetic hooks from an office supply store (they're used to mount things on filing cabinets) and hanging a memo board from them?

Hi,
I know the problem
I would agree with your previous answer, and add that when looking after a dry-ice storage thing, during my apprentanceship
I used good old cyano-acrlyate glue to bung a notice on the door.
Or "super-glue" as it is now marketed.
Worked a treat, and OK down to -45C.
Bit tricky to pull off, though., but what the heck. It worked.
Bob.
