Does anyone know? I think there is cuz its right next to california and in the desert Im scared to move there :(

Yes... not as frequent but they get them. People I know were staying right near the Grand Canyon and felt a relatively small earthquake at night. I'd be more scared of scorpions and poisonous snakes in Arizona.

California isn't the only place in the country that gets earthquakes. In 1812, there was a HUGE earthquake in New Madrid, Missouri that was felt hundreds of miles away. The biggest one ever recorded in the U.S. was in Alaska. And I've felt an earthquake in Vermont near upstate NY (a small one but big enough to notice).

earthquakes occure everywhere....i mean i live in texas and they happen here too but just not as strong. The earthquakes that happen in california are extremely strong because of where the faults are. but yes arizona has earthquakes i just dont know how strong.
