why don't you look into "no child left behind" and how so many special needs children are left behind.

I agree with the previous poster - you need to do your own homework.
Are you so lazy you can't even come up with a social justice issue on your own? Quit watching TV and go to your local library. If you can't come up with a topic on your own, a librarian will be happy to assist you.
And while you're at it, why not do a little English grammar homework?
