"If you are convicted of OWI in Indiana, a range of punishment can be imposed.
* First offenders can expect probation, payment of restitution, a license suspension and payment of court costs. Many courts require a jail sentence, even for first offenders, especially if the OWI involves an alcohol level of .15% or more." --link 1
Or,
"If you are found guilty of OWI in court, you may lose your driving privileges for another 90 days to two years depending on the court's ruling. If you've had previous OWI infractions, your suspension time will be on the longer side. Also, you may face additional penalties (including jail time) and fines.
If you're convicted but are a first-time offender, the court may allow you to have a probationary license, which will allow you some driving privileges. Also, you may only have to serve 30 days of your suspension.
As a stipulation of these lesser penalties, the court may order you to install an ignition interlock device in your vehicle. This device measures your BAC, and will not allow your engine to start if you're over the legal limit.
You may still have to serve jail time, and pay additional fines.
Anyone who drives while still under an OWI suspension will face a 60-day jail sentence." --link 2

You'll lose your license for probably 30 days but then you can get it back. Getting an attorney (not a public defender) is a must. The only way to get it off your record would be to have the case thrown out or by completing a diversion program. If convicted you'll have fines, probation and alcohol classes.

First,
Good Job, that's it
Now don't try to finagle your way out, you did what you did and just ride the pony to the next station. Go to court and plead insanity as you must have been crazy to D & D.
And remember it next time you start drinking. Get a cab. Kiddo take it from me DO NOT get started in the DUI arena. You can go to the state police site and it tells you there what if any suspension time you will have. And on a first offense you should be able to get a conditional letter to drive to and from work. So do that, pay your fines and say WHEW! Never again and mean it!

You need to check with an Indiana atty. In my state this is a simple (not aggravated) DWI, first offense. You would lose your license for 30 days and could be given 3 days in jail, but this is a very state-specific question.
