The Ten Commandments, if I absolutely have to pick one. Some others I like are anything Tom Hanks was in even Joe vs. the Volcano. Samson & Delilah, anything about Jesus the Omen, the Exorcist (detect a theme?) and Gone with the Wind. Don't ask why a black chick would like that movie, but I love it.

You've got to love the musicals, my faves are Brigadoon, The Sound of Music and Mary Poppins
I'm also a huge Graham Greene fan, so of course The Third Man, as well as Our Man in Havana, etc.
