Kasabian are instantly recognisable in their sound, is FF?

I say Kasabian. I really like their music

FFs first album was excellent - really catchy tunes. Kasabian is a bit dark for me. Some tunes are catchy, but others are just weird.
Franz Ferdinand live near me in Scotland and played an intimate gig for the kids at my niece's primary school. All the kids lined up to get an autograph and when my sister went to pick my niece up from school and saw all the other kids running out carrying signed photos and t-shirts, she was quite perplexed as to why her daughter came out empty handed. "Where's yours?" she asked.
"I stood in the queue," she said, "But then I decided that they were cr*p, so I went back to the classroom to finish my maths!"

You're right about Kasabian, but personally, I like FF better because they have a more infectious sound.

FF are also instantly recognisable in their sound, and while I really did like them initially, I think some of their songs have been overplayed here in Australia, which is a slight turn-off. I really love their quirkiness though.
Kasabian on the other hand haven't received much airplay, and are equally as good. I like them very much. In fact I am going to a concert of theirs in Sydney tomorrow night!! Can't wait!!!!

Kasabian, but there 2nd album took a few listens to get used to and enjoy.

I love both of those bands, but Kasabian is my favorite of the two. Processed Beats and L.S.F are my favorite songs.

think you can distinguish FF, prefer the older stuff to the newer

Franz Ferdinand hands down! I am a bit bias though, Franz Ferdinand is one of my favourite bands
