I have bought many times from Ticketmaster and have always had good luck. Most of the other websites seem more expensive. Ticketmaster charges face value plus a small handling charge. I have heard good things about www.Stubhub.com as well but have never used them. A good rule of thumb is buy the tickets for the games you want to go to when they go for sale in September/October that way you don't have to pay top dollar for them later. I think you will be fine but you may be able to call the Better Business Bureau about www.ticketsnow.com to check them out and if you think you are having a problem the BBB may be able to help you. Good luck.

I know the feeling because I have bought tickets online for the first time starting this year. It worked out great and you get the tickets actually emailed to you. You just bring the printed ticket to the game and they scan it. It is pretty slick. I like you was very sceptical at first, but it was like buying something online for the first time. My general rule is if when you go to enter in your credit card information you get a notice that you are entering a secure website and have to click yes to proceed, you should be pretty safe. I haven't been ripped off in that situation.

Most times you should be ok, normally a site like that is not going to sell bogus tickets because they wouldn't be in business very long. I think it's more of a worry when buying from a scalper on the street who disappears after you bought the ticket. This is their FAQ response about your question:

How do I know that the tickets listed on TicketsNow are authentic?
We go to great lengths to make sure that the products we sell are authentic and the services we offer are beyond reproach. TicketsNow enforces the industry's most stringent rules for listing tickets on our system—yet we still are able to offer you the largest selection. You can shop our site with confidence knowing that we thoroughly screen and check all references for every seller who lists their tickets with us. You'll only find legitimate tickets listed on TicketsNow. We guarantee it.

Purchase only through Ticketmaster. Don't even take a chance with anyone else. The extra cost buying from them is worth it.

if you buy them from the ticket agent associated with the arena there's no issues...ive bought tickets for every possible event online and never had problems...buy from either tickets.com or ticketmaster
