Think come up with some ways in which I can use my fingers?
I asked a question yesterday about what I could do to relieve stress and somebody said to use my fingers? Now I thought maybe it was time to ask the above question?

Some people suggested, years ago, to use a small ball - like the size of a golf ball - and move that in and out of your fingers. It is supposed to relieve stress.

I think you know what they meant, and that does relieve stress. But, if you are serious, this is what I do: I tear paper, notebook paper, store ads, cig packs, by the time you have tore a whole sheet of notebook paper into little peices, you will have forgotten why you were stressed in the first place.

Get yourself a small hand size squeegy ball, grip it in your fingers to relieve stress.

Take the index finger of your right hand. Place it parallel to your lips. Wiggle it up and down while making a buhbuhbuh sound.

Use both your index and middle fingers to gently rub the area between your eyebrow and your hairline. Make sure it's at the side. Tell me how it feels.

Clench and unclench them at least 10 times when you feel stressed, failing that guess you could always take up piano lessons, good luck.

I think you can use your fingers to touch yourself in a way that would be pleasing to you.

That is as specific as I can be without running afoul of the "Adult Content" guidelines!

Try crosstitch. I know it sounds a bit "old-maidy" but I absolutely love it. It's quite simple to do because you just follow the patterns given and it's very very therapeutic.
