Keep yourself looking sexy just in case you are rescued by a tall, strong, handsome man.
Poke the eyes out of another castaway or cannibalistic inhabitants of the island.
Kill small animals..stilletto them to death
Sharpen them on a rock even more and use to cut vines, dig holes, chip away at rocks
Use as a pick for climbing trees or mountains if there are any on the island

Beat any attackers (animal or otherwise), tap maple trees for syrup (if you know you're gonna be there a LONG time and can find the other stuff you'll need), find a stream and spear fish, use them to drink out of (hope somebody kept their feet clean), kill small animals for food, use them when you run into that good-looking guy who is also wandering around in the wild...
