My Burton Feelgood 156 is the most fun, responsive board I have ever ridden. I love it, so will she.

I run a 156 Sims board. I really like it. It's white with orange and black mix on the back end, orange on the bottom. I bought it about 3 or 4 years ago in Feb, sales are great then. I have orange and grey Ride bindings, they work well too. Good luck finding one for your honey. My husband runs a blue Ride Mountain, wider for powder, but harder to control if you don't have much experience.

Burton makes the best snowboards in my opinion. You should get one that fits her personality and riding style.

The Luna is always a good board. My girl rode one for years, then when i bought my new bullet she bought herself...another Luna. She loves it!
