Put up a handicapped sign on the space.
If the parking spot is outside, put a potted bush, a bench, or something big and hard to move in the spot.
Get one of those metal shed kits and put it up on his spot.
Get a friendly policeman to park his cruiser there, and when the boss shows up, have the cop tell him, "I've been looking for you".
Have *EVERYONE* in the office turn in a phony resignation letter that day.
Have everyone request the same day off - at the same time.

the best one is laxative in the coffee . . . wont taste any different and isnt really noticible, will take effect in an hour or so.
