I can appreciate your situation, but it is not right to put an infant through this because a government program won't provide what your child needs. Call around, beginning with WIC, and ask what your options are. If no resolution, talk to the doctor again. Ones this young easily become dehydrated and ill.

WIC will give you vouchers for what your Doc tell them too if there is a problem. Take your baby back to the Docs and tell him whats going on. WIC will change the vouchers immediately

When my four year old was a baby she threw up all the time, I tried changing formulas everything, nothing was working. I have found these bottles at Wal-Mart, there called Dr. Brown Bottles, and they worked. My daughter didn't throw up at all after that. This bottle has a tube in it which creates zero air, it is sooo good for them. Good Luck

You need to get a doctor's note to give to WIC to suggest a different type of formula. I do believe they still use Enfamil but there may be a different type of Enfamil your doctor can suggest. I don't so much prefer the Lipil brands because I have yet to meet a child who doesn't spit up on it. Once I took my son off of it he quit spitting up all together. When my daughter was born I tried it again...same thing.

BREASTFEED- It is always the perfect formulation for baby.
Check out the site below. Le Leche League International is a great resource for breastfeeding moms. There are articles on almost anything you can think of or have problems with.
Most areas also have a local league and you can connect with other bf mom's in your area which provides a great level of support.

He is probably alergic to that kind of formula. Or he may even be lactose intolerant. Have your pediatritian write a letter stating this and take it to wic and they should allow you to get the kind that he needs.

You need to go back to the doctor and tell him your baby is still throwing up! Because something could be wrong he could be allergic to the formula your giving him now!
