First of all, your question is in the wrong place, this is an auto forum. Secondly, I think Microsoft will offer Excel as part of its Office program, which should be available for sale. You can also download it straight from www.microsoft.com.
But I'm not sure if Microsoft is actually selling them right now.

So here's my solution, go the source (the website below) I've provided and download a free trial for three months. Should hold you over for whatever you're doing...
