how about wink martindale from "Tic Tac Dough"? He was pretty good.
Also, Jack Barry from "The Joker's Wild" was pretty good. I was just a kid when the show was on and only later on learned of his involvement in the "Quiz Show" scandal, but I liked him on that show. Joker, Joker, Joker...
Oh, and I agree with you on Richard Dawson. He was a classic on "Family Feud". None of his replacements can hold a candle to Dawson on that show (Louie Anderson was the worst, much worse than John O'Hurley)

My Favortie is probably Dick Clark as well as Bob Barker. My guilty pleasure is Louis Anderson for Family Feud.
John O'Hurley must be the worst I've ever seen (He is the new family feud host).
To Gemchick, you're thinking of Chuck Barris...Chuck Berry is an old time Rock N Roller.

I agree with Richard Dawson. He was very quick. Bob Eubanks on The Newlywed Game cracked me up cause he cracked up so much!
I also liked Peter Marshall on the original Hollywood Squares.

My favorite who is still on is Alex Trebek. For shows that are no longer on, it would have to be Richard Dawson or Gene Rayburn.
