Its likely that each province is known for several different things... (but I'm not from Canada)
The Maritime Provinces are known for Highland Games, King Crab, lobster, music, and beautiful people.
The Western/Central Provinces are known for having the 2nd largest concentration of oil outside of Saudi Arabia - I think. Its found in the silt/sand of the flat plains...And there are a great number of Silver mines, there also.

Their heads so full of lies and their beady little eyes, according to South Park, I dont know anything else besides what you named but their tv commercials are a lot worse than ours. The US must censor everything.

THey have a drinking age of 19 or at least they used to. And all of us kids would cross the bridge, from Detroit, to go over when we were not 21 yet, to drink beer over there. I spent my 19th b-day over there!
