I am new to my neighborhood. When I moved in one of my neighbors took an interest in me.?

At first I thought it was a friendly gesture but I've come to realize that it is something else. When I'm out and about he follows me around demanding that I do things his way. When I refuse he calls the cops and reports me. He's an old retired guy who thinks that everybody not just like him is 'evil'. He's a bit of a nut and possibly a repressed homosexual. Why else would a guy constantly watch another guy and follow him around?
How do I deal with this guy?

Is this the same neighborhood that you have a body rotting in your basement, your wife made you take back the purse of the co-ed who Maced you, and you have a certain blood-lust for your girlfriend? If so, then I suspect this is just another of your repressed fantasies, or possibly a cry for help. Since it is all happening in your imagination, just sit down in front of a mirror and talk it out with yourself. Good luck!

If you're anything like me, I'd just f*cking move. I don't have time for that sh*t. Of course, that's not always an option. I suppose the only thing you can do is put him on ignore, hardcore. If he's the neighborhood problem child who does this to everyone, the cops probably know he's full of it and nothing will ever come of him calling the cops on you, even though it's still annoying and an inconvenience for you.

On the other hand, if he's only harassing you, I'd call the cops on him or get a restraining order. He has absolutely no right to follow you around and harass you.
