yes. if you have a TV Tuner card, you also need to run tv coaxial cable to the back of your tv tuner card... that's if you want to watch your local channels on your computer screen.

NOT IF YOUR RUNNING BROADBAND THERE IS A CARD U NEED TO GET PUT IN THE TV TUNER CARD BUT THERE ARE FREE SOFTWARES AT DOWNLOADS.COM THAT LET YOU WATCH CHANNELS FROM THE WEB IF YOU DONT MIND WATCHING SOMETHING DIFFERNT BECAUSE LOCAL TV RUNS THROUGH THE CABLE COMPANY AND YES THERE IS A COAXIL CABLE NEEDED FOR THIS CONTCT YOUR CABLE PROVIDER FOR DETAILS
