I only ask questions if I actually need or want a response. Some people just ask to start trouble, or ask because they are too young and don't have a clue that their attempts at sarcasm just show stupidity and not intelligence.

I'm a serial answerer.
This is my 3772nd answer, as opposed to only 66 questions I've asked.
I enjoy the questions people ask, and I find the good ones to be a vehicle for self-exploration.
Even those I merely try to answer with humor are a test of my wit.
I've learned a few things about myself here.

But I do have friends who occasionally pester me to ask more, and I have been lately. A little.

I grew tired of answering a lot of questions. Now I just watch for an interesting one to come along, like yours. I am here purely for the love of asking questions and seeing the various viewpoints out there in the world today. Some love to answer...we all use our creativity in our own unique way(s).

I have a feeling that they are connected to the extend that they even wear the same pair of pants,,, meaning the same people use one screen name to ask a question when they need an answer so they loose points, and another on which they only gain points by answering.............

I answer more - I have only ever asked one question. Not sure why - If I want to know that answer to something I do a question search and it is usually there! I don't like to trouble anyone.

Those with questions are curious/have absolutely nothing to do/actualy have tough questions to ask

Those with answers are either nice people/have absolutely nothing better to do/are descendants of Sir Know-a-Lot

Those who never ask are worried about receiving criticism. Or just realizing that it will cost them points.
