Dallas, they have so much depth and ability and they PLAY DEFENSE. What I think a lot of people are forgetting is that although the Suns play well in reg. season games- their high tempo, lack of defense game is not fit for the gritty defense in the playoffs championship teams have. The Mavs however have some of the best defenders with Josh Howard- such a long player, hard to get by, Devin Harris. sooo fast, and other good defenders. The Mavs are also by far the deepest team. Although Nash may be the "MVP" over Dirk in some people's minds, the team is not as strong as Dallas as in the 2 meetings we have seen. They are both amazing teams but I think in this case Dallas has the edge.

The Mavs, much more depth. Although they are both pretty freaking good teams! I just think the Mavs are better rounded then the Suns who play one style of Basketball.

better team- suns
excellent team unity and chemistry, great leader, incredible talent and all mesh so well its ridiculous
however the mavs have excellent players, which often fills the gap for the lack of team unity. with dirk leading the way, and josh howard playing incredibly well, the mavs as an organization a wicked strong. they just dont mesh like the suns do

Let's see here. The last time I checked the Championship bound Mavericks have beaten the Suns in both meetings this year.
In order to be the best, you have to beat the best, and Dallas has twice. I rest my case.

Tough question but ill give the edge to Dallas just because it seems every time there down big they manage to pull off a huge run and win the game in the dying seconds.

well pheonix is my favorite team but the mavs are my second favorite but the mavs dominate with jason terry dirk devin harris devean george etc.
