Spaghetti

For me it depends on what kind of sauce. For a nice thick tomato sauce I like rigatoni or ziti or even penne. But if I have an alfredo type sauce I prefer angel hair or even a very thin spaghetti. With a pesto I prefer a thinker one like a linguine!

Of the choices I prefer spaghetti. However, my favorite is fettuchini with a basil pesto.

If you haven't tried it, making homemade pasta is pretty darned easy and definitely worth the investment in a small counter top pasta roller/cutter. It is *much* better than the dried store bought variety.

I had pasta for dinner last night. I like the thin spaghetti with a tomato, garlicky, cheesy sauce.

I like spaghetti (no. 8). I love anything stuffed with ricotta like shells and manicotti. Penne is great too. I really hate elbow macaroni and angel hair.

Out of those options, there's nothing like old fashioned spaghetti. But I like tortellini the best out of all pastas!

They're all tasty. Maybe the question is which *shape* pasta to have? There's also whole-wheat pasta, which is quite nice. I'd avoid pasta with egg in it (because I'm vegan). If what you're preparing is ethical, will you set a place for me, please? I don't feel like cooking tonight!
