gamefaq.com has cheats for every game system, and for all the new games. It even has walkthroughs to walk you through the games. Also, no annoying pop ups. Old games , and even japanese games. Also, gamespot uses gamefaq to power its cheats section. Gamefaq.com is probblably the best of all.
