ac bracket attaches to the top of head and front of head, ps goes under it and has a long bracket from base of front of block outward for lower ps bolt, alt goes from top of engine to front of block. this is for a 327-350 engine (bore size is only difference in blocks, uses same heads as does 305). you may have to attach ps first then ac pump over it due to configuration but the brackets also have to conform properly so they line up to pulleys on water pump and harmonic balancer.
have fun, or get a manual and look at pix real careful.

My '69 impala w/a 327 had bolt holes in the heads. The bracketry for these acces's included connections to the exhaust, heads.intake manifold and water pump. Bolt length, size, hardness and sealing requirements made this one of the most complex arraingements to keep track of. Special bracket shapes along with special belt lengths took much of the fudging out of the equation. A.C. was on top left, alter.. was on top right and P.S. was below alt. close to crank pulley. Crank tripple pulley runs three belts-p.s.,alt then a.c..Bracket bushings create allignment nightmares when not accounted for.
