If the bulbs are blinking inside and out, front and rear, then its probably the flasher, gone bad. If it just blinks inside, I would check the bulbs on the outside. Listen for a clicking sound under the dash while using the right turn signal, then try doing the same for the left side, if you can hear a single click with the left turn signal, then its just a bad flasher. GOOD LUCK.

Generally, If you have a bulb out, the dash light will stay on.........
turn your signal on (with the key on), get out and see if a light is off, that will be the one to change, Left front or Left rear, If the bulb is on study that bulb is good

If it is only on one side the contact switch is probably broken in your steering column. The other answers indicate a blown bulb or indicator module. This can't be true as ablown bulb would just make the good one flash faster. If the module was gone it would not flash on any side.

sounds like a blown bulb.turn it on and get out of th acr andcheck to see if it is working in the front and back. if both work then you may need to change your flasher.if the other side (right turn) works then it is most likely the bulb.theflashers are located under the dash by the pedals on the drivers side by the fuse box and steering column usually.

One of the bulbs is probably blown. Check both the front and back. If they are both working then you need a flasher module. Its usually in the fuse box or somewhere nearby.

that is because your turn signal buld is either out or going out, if you replace it, you should be fine. try the one in the front first.
don't listen to anyone that says you are low on blinker fluid.
