Where can I find Happiness?

Hi Kim-mii,
Happiness, isn't something you look to find... It's a way of traveling..open up your heart and then : it will find you....

Start small.... Learn to see the beauty in life, to appreciate the good things you have in your life... People, the ability to eat regularly, that you have a bed to sleep in, that you are educated enough to make your way in the world.....

Don't set limits on your happiness...don't say it has to be getting a new car, or finding the "so called" perfect match...(NO one is perfect anyway, we are all just works in progress), winning the lotto...try making it YOUR acceptance that good and happy moments are all around you, just waiting for you to notice them..You never know what you'll find then!.. It can almost all be good!;D

In what you most enjoy doing. Find a way to do it, no matter what. Make it a standard of living. Like breathing. Without air you die. Equate that with this new standard of happiness. It won't be a wasted life.

i can see happiness............because whenever i want to see happiness i think of that and i see happiness everywhere in the world.......u can see my way too...but if u can.....because it's difficult....but if u think from heart and then see u get everything u want........
one of the example like that....i like cars....whenever i want one of my favourite car pass from me.............i just think on it and i find that car everywhere?
another is whenever i feel some friend are missing so i really think from heart then i got in 3 days.....thats my experiance.....but u have to think positively.........
so be positve and think positive......
