Does anybody outhere knows what is the best method and lacker for outdoors wood furniture, Thanks?

Laquer is not durable enough for outdoor furniture and it provides no UV protection. Go to a Marina and buy a can of Marine spar varnish. The Spar varnish that you buy at the Marina is more expensive than the stuff you can buy at a hardware store, but it has more UV blockers. Brush the varnish on in even coats, following the manufacturer's directions. 3 coats is good, 4-5 is even better.
