It took me ages to find the right product but now i have! Try the Dermologica range of produts. Go to www.perfectskindirect.co.uk. There is an Acne skin kit for about £15 but it works. They offer consulations, send them a mail saying what your skin probelms are and they post you back samples for you to try out. Then, if they work, you can log back in and buy them online.
I've tried most of the products people have recommended to you but nothing beats an expert on skin care telling you what to buy and they say its guanteed to work.

It really depends on your skin type.

First of all drink plenty of boiled water from the kettle with a slice of lemon for extra taste. You can drink cold water if you wish but boiled is best.
Exfoliate your face once or twice a week and always pat your face dry. Dont rub as this irritates your spots. On the other days use a moisturising soap as this wont dry out your skin.
Experiment with different spot clensers and pick one you feel works best.
Try not to eat too much sugary foods like chocolate. Fresh fruit and vegitables are good for the skin and are better than any spot product.

Hope this helps!

Hi it all depend on what your skin type is if clean and clear range is good and clears up spots quick, and clearasil is suppose to be good but if you have sensitive skin then i wouldnt recommend either as your it may burn you skin if you us if often. I used to use clean and clear with microbeads every other day and i found this helped with my spots. They do sensitive as well but i havent tried these. But if you have acne then you may need something from the doctors and i wouldnt recommend using any retail makes of spot stuff as they may make if worse. My fiancee has acne and he had a really inflammed spot on his cheak and his eye lid swelled up because of the infection. and the doctor has give him so cream to use when the anti boitics have gone down so i suppose this is what he will need to use in the future.

I find "Clearasil Daily Cleansing Wash" really good for when I actually have an outbreak of spots. Then on a more day to day basis i use "Oil of Olay" cleansing milk and moisturiser, I find these good as they are not too greasy. Most things either dry my skin or leave it feeling like I've just finished a shift at McDonald's! (Which as we all know leads to spots/blemishes!)

I highly recommend these items.

What I recommend is using a cocoa butter soap, by Palmers. you can get it from wal-mart for around $2. After you finish washing your face, rub some cocoa butter (pure) on you face. you can buy that at wal-mart, or one of those beauty supply store for $1. This will help your face stay clean and even your tone. I've been using this for awhile now, and my face is so clean and clear.

I have always used Clearasil Complete throughout my teenage years. Although I have always drank semi skimmed milk and ate a lot of low fat yogurt, so I never had to use much of it.

Neutrogena Daily Pore Cleanser/Mask. You can use it as a daily cleanser or keep it on longer as a mask. It seems to work the best for my skin.

If you go to any beauty supply store, there is a thing call skin bleach. It works great and it removes any color spots.
