And i got a call from the store that cashed them for me and they bounced and now my ex boss said that he has no money what can i do?I live in,Chicago IL I had to pay the store owner but how am i going to get it out of my ex boss?

You can turn the checks into the county attorney and they will prosecute. I have had to do this to customers of ours. Trust me it will make him pay.

The bank they are written on can cash them, if they are good and you actually go to the bank. Otherwise go to your county's prosecuting attorney, but I wouldn't count on seeing the money anytime soon or maybe ever. You can't get blood from a turnip.
