somewhere small like a cafe just soo u guys can meet up & talk to get to know each other.......dinner & a movie u can never go wrong..........good luck & have fun

Dinner and a movie is safe. What's great is if you do the movie before dinner, then you are garaunteed to have something to talk about over dinner. Other ideas, get some food to go and go to a park (if it's nice out), hit some museums (again--conversation material), see if there are any local bands playing (bars or small festivals). My first date with my bf was Mexican food followed by wandering around a bookstore for an hour or so and then going to a bar. Simple, but fun.

How about the movies, Starbucks(or some coffe store), pizza, library(depends if shes nerdy), arcade, or the mall(you may not like shopping, but she probally does!).
Actually you could just go to the mall since basically everything I listed are there. Well, depends on her personality.
