Pan Am died what back in the 80's or 90's? I forget which. No it isn't worth anything

As a piece of history, yes. Somebody might want it as memorabilia--you could try offering it on e-Bay. But as stock, it's worthless.

It is valuable to you as a tax loss. IF you originally purchased it for $1,000, you can declare that money as a loss on you Federal (& state?) income tax. Do it on your 2006 taxes.
