netflix DVD acting weird?

I recently put in the DVD step it up from netflix, the first screen that came up was a photo album. most of the pictures are black and some of them say "interactual" i've tryed pressing most of the buttons on the remote, but none of them take me out of this photo album. What should i do???

are you sure it isn't your remote?? maybe it is time for some new batteries...

My suggestion is just return the DVD to Netflix and tell them about it. Most of the DVD's from there are in pretty good shape. I bet there was some programing wrong with the specific DVD.
