How about, 2 types of meatballs for an entree, turkey and beef, with a couple of different dips, (Miniature ones) serve on 1 platter over some shredded lettuce Lemon Chicken, served over rice, add some cucumber to the sauce if you wish Sweets: Use the can of evaporated milk to make a cheat's "creme brulee", just boil the can for a couple of hours, you do need to be very careful doing this. Tip: Keep a general supply of veggies in the crisper, would have been a bit easier, carrots, celery, what's in season, generally Have fun

2 different kinds of beans, onions, garlic, peppers, tomato paste, diced tomato, chili powder, cayenne pepper and sometimes garlic and onion powders. I rarely deal with raw meat.

some meat , any kind cubed, 1/4 inch or so, or ground meat
spuds
garlic
onion
carrots
celery
beans
barley
salt
black peper
paprika
cayenne, just a little
Muir Glenn crushed tomatoes
water

Burger meat and Kidney beans sometimes with mushrooms too. And the mcormick's seasoning. it's actually sooo simply gooood. Put some Frito corn chips on top, and sprinkle some cheese on it too! omg is it yuuummmmy!!!

No beans ? I make mine fresh,not from a can..soak them..rinse,then cook em..
chili without beans ..ok never heard of that.
