You can get all episodes of 24 at http://www.FavoriteTVshow.com They have a small sign up fee but it is a one time thing only and after this you get unlimited access to old and new episodes of shows including full series. The download is instant, you get keep them and they give you the software to convert them to DVD so you can watch them on your TV

I-tunes has them, I believe, also go to fox.com and click on 24, they have full synopsis of each episodes from each season.
