Nothing. Both are a general purpose additive for indirect heating systems to protect against corrosion & limescale & help prevent system noise. Some manufacturers(eg Fernox) call this product 'Protector' & others(eg Sentinel) call it 'Inhibitor'. For more info and/or technical advice please visit www.fernox.co.uk

They are the same thing, generally they are oxygen scavengers, if you can reduce the oxygen you reduce the corrosion
