For me, it entirely depends on the kind of change that is happening. It can be very exciting...or terribly distressing.

It's very exciting! There's nothing like that feeling a person gets when they clean beneath the seat cushions and they find a coupla dimes, maybe a quarter (or whatever you Canadians use for change) or a nickel. Change is very very exciting. Oh wait...did you mean "change" as in - "to make the form, nature, content, future course, etc., of (something) different from what it is?" Well, that can be exciting as well...but I still think finding change is more fun than change for changes sake.

it's all in your perspective
my husband and i have lived in four different states, in the past 9 years. Each move is viewed as an adventure. Most folks can't see how we sell everything off to the bare minimum and start over clean and fresh with each move. I would have to say that change is exciting, and an adjustment at each step of the way.

Scary and exciting. I had lived in one area all my life until one day my husband came home and told me he was joining the military.....and we were going to Germany!! Lived there for 3 years....That was the scariest most exciting thing we have ever done..it also made me realize how much change can be a great thing.

Depends on the situation... At this moment in time I find that change is frightening.

It can be, but for me it's not....at least for the most part. Either way, things always change...but they also remain the same ;)
