D900.
Looks Better.
Has Better technology
doesnt have stupid touch - sensitive buttons. (which are really annoying, as you press on thing and it takes you somewhere completely different.)
better camera.
Just WAY better!

Personally i would choose the E900, more stylish (touch screen) quite funky. The D900 is a lil bit more expensive but personally i would get the E900
